I think we unfortunately live in a society where no one looks after you're back any more in fact there more than likely to stab you in it therefore I don't think it's paranoid to be suspicious, cautious etc just common sense however if you over do it the world can become a very lonely place indeed. After all a life without a few risks is a life not really worth living

In a world where anything bad can happen to you in a flash, I think you have to be a tad paranoid just to stay ahead of the real fruit cakes. There's nothing wrong with being aware of what's going on around you and keeping an eye on things that look suspicious. Sometimes being paranoid can save your life.

I'm a really paranoid person but i see this as a good thing, i find you can't get hurt that way but it also stops you from doing things in life ;-)

being paranoid is just thinking too much. it can be bad, or it can be good and it can be bad. it depends on the situation. it can also ruin or save your life. its a confusing thing.
