internet crash seems to happen when using a pc card/why is this,and what tools can i get to pevent this?

- get more RAM
- get better anti-spyware software - I recommend AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory
- check your Firewall settings
You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
This double whammy will help keep you safe.
You may have too many startup programs on your computer. Go to the START menu and pick RUN, then type MSCONFIG and RUN it. Go to the startup section and uncheck some of the programs (other than your anti-virus and firewall)
AND, for gosh sakes, you did not crash the internet. That was your sucky Internet Explorer. You should start using FireFox to be safe. Visit http://www.mozilla.com and get this free download.

PC's crash on the internet for several reason but mostly it's spyware,malware and viruses.
