My roommate and I signed with realtor but boyfriend did not and he gets a large amount of money tomorrow. Now realtor only seems interested in when boyfriend gets his cash. Am I in trouble?

I don't see why you would be in trouble. The realtor knows that the boyfriend did not sign. You and your roommate will be the ones providing the money.

First, what did you sign with the Realtor? Was it a puchase agreement? If boyfriend is paying, he will either need to be a buyer or sign off that even though he's paying, he has no interest in the property. Or, he could give you the money and you pay. Again, he wouldn't have any interest in the property unless he is made to be a buyer or leinholder and that can be done with the Realtor and/or when escrow opens.
