Mate--there are car part stores everywhere and in all the malls. Selling so much After market stuff for cars it is crazy ! Go to Ayalla, SM or any of the big local Markets and just wander round--the stuff is everywhere.Very surprised anyone would ask as this type of car accessory is available widely. HINT--Ask ANY Jeepney driver or car owner--they all as you know pile as much bling on their rides as they can. They will tell you where should the answers here not suffice.

People who own classic or antique cars often order parts from mail order places - places that specialize in hard to find restoration parts - and I once ordered a good, loud Ah-Oooga horn through that means.
