My friend and I are fans of this band that comes to the casino we work at. They always play our songs and dedicate them to us. We want to tip them, but we don't know how much. They play our songs every night without us having to even ask (even when I went to see them somewhere else, they still played my song for me). How much should we give them?

WAY more than 5 bucks.. How many people are in the band? I think at least TWO dollars a person because what kind of tip is a dollar? What kind of music are they? They aren't mariachis are they ? Because them you pay like 20 bucks a song.
I think you should also buy them drinks at least once as the other person said - a personal thank you.

Tips are a way of showing someone your appreciation, I would guess that a tip of 5 or 10 dollars would be nice to receive. Since you aren't charged to hear the music you can't gauge the percentage. Use your good sense when tipping a band.

That's really cool. I'd prolly just buy them all drinks but ya know just ta be fair it depends on how many members are in the band. You should prolly tip at least a dollar per person.

I would tip them 5 bucks that would be enough....if they are a great band and are nice to you and remember you if you see them all the time then I would tip them more...

take off your shirts and bras and give them to them! and also give them a free meal or offer it. and pay for ther drinks when they are done! that would be a great tip!!!
