I'm assuming you now know why this is happening, and the most definite way to fix this is to buy another fan. PCI slot fans are quiet, move a lot of air (cooling power), and most computers have room for them. Most use 4 pin power connectors. The other type, case fans, are a little louder, but they also have 3 pin motherboard connectors. You plug these into the motherboard, and it tells the fan how fast to run based on the temperature of the pc. You are likely to run in to software/bios problems with this, though. When starting up the computer, there is an option that flashes quickly like F10, F12, escape, delete, or something like that, and you can probably find the control for that fan somewhere in there. Less computers have case fan openings that PCI slot openings. If you go with a PCI slot opening, you just open up the case, remove a PCI slot cover, and slide the fan in, and connect it to an open 4 pin plug coming from the small box at the top back on the inside.
NOTE: DO THIS WHILE YOUR COMPUTER IS OFF!!!!! And touch a metal part on the outside of your case before you touch anything on the inside. You will probably have a little static electricity, whether you know it or not, and it will screw up your computer bigtime.

This is due probably to the amount of work your graphics card is doing producing the visual aspects of the game. Each component in your computer generates heat. The more you ask it to do the more heat it produces hence why the fans may be running at a high speed.
