The standard searches didnt turn up anything. The certificate is dated 1968. There is also the date 1957 in the corporate seal

I checked the Delaware corporation registry and nothing came up under this name. Very strange.

I have a B.C. Morton investment plan from 1967 and I too can not find any information on the company . Chemical Bank of NY was the custodian . Which is now Chase. But they can not help me.
The Corporate Seal is from Dallas Texas.

I would take it to a well known Stock Brokerage and see what they can tell you about it. Also look it up in the local paper under stock exchange or you can look it up under yahoo stock search. Chances are if it's not listed...it doesn't exist anymore. Places like Smith Barney can tell you more.
