hey i got one. this is an easy way to get entei/raikou/suicune depending on your starter. get 15 (or more) max repels. go to the guard house east of vermillion city. then in there, spray the repel. then go outside and run around in the grass. this may take a while. when you find him, use your master ball. if you used your master ball, then throw ultra balls like mad.
