I am trying to find out how many 30 inch displays Apple has shipped this year.

I believe that this would be an inside sales fact that apple may not want to part with. You could talk to apple's sales locaiton and ask to speek to marketing but its hard to say if they would be willing to release those numbers.... a question back, why do you want to know?
