dont give him any for a long time, what you can also do is go part of the way, like making out and laying there rubbing and making out, but when he tries it just say your not ready for that yet... easy enough, just say no untill your satisfied that he loves you and doesnt just want in your pants...

No real way to know, some are good at caring up to the moment they get into your pants.
Just need to find a nice guy say 37, who doesn't get into the dating scene, ownes his own house, doesn't chase skirts, etc.
