One way is to say so. Another way would be to have another person find out first if he likes you or if he's ever noticed you before. It is so hard for anyone these days to just go up and ask a person out unless you don't care what the answer will be. Another way would be to slip him a note and tell him you think he's nice and just wanted to say "hi" and see what his reaction is. If he throws the note away then forget him. If he keeps it then that's a start. Good luck.

Well, you could write him a note, or you could just tell him. It depends on if you are shy or not. Trust me if he likes you he will tell you the same but if he says he doesnt like you dont worry because he probebly doesnt deserve you anyways.

just flirt w/ him tell him u like what hes wearing, occasionally touch his arm, wink at him, blow him a kiss, etc. dont worry it will come naturally
