Not to be manly or whatever, but the only movie I have ever cried over was some old Asian movie I saw when I was a kid... I don't know the name, or anything else about it, which sucks...
But besides that, one of the saddest movies I've seen in a while was a movie called "Speak"... look it up, great movie and it's a must see!

Sophie's Choice.
First time I watched it with my sister on dvd we had to turn the movie off because we both broke down in sobbing tears. It took awhile before we could even go back and finish watching it.
