When you come from a city that has Mardi Gras, and the lyrics for a song may go Throw me something Mister and show me something sister, you get used to it being done. However it's not always the locals that flash. Have I done it, will I do it, no no.

I've witnessed many girls who are. Vegas, Mardi Gras, Lake Havasu, Florida, and lots of college events.

Who the hell wants to flash their boobs. I wouldn't be ashamed to breast feed in public but flashing just for the hell of it.....NO WAY!!!
