Check your e-mail provider and find out if there is a way to report spam. If there is, just keep reporting it as spam and it should stop.
Or, if you open the e-mail, check down at the bottom to determine if they have a link to unsubscribe.
Maybe others have more suggestions.

If you are using Outlook Express Highlight one message On toolbar go to Message and on drop down menu click block sender

that happened to me before. but i never got that many a day.
you should go to the website and cancel your subscription.
if that doesn't work you can call or email the owner of the site.
or you can report the site.

if you are using yahoo as e mail provider then
Make it spam it will be go to the bulk folder
That will be deleted by yahoo after some time and don't disturb you.
