it is very tempting. I would punch her but I would rather see her fall. How can I get these violent thoughts out of my head. For the record, I have never laid a hand on my wife.

First, you can be proud that you admit and recognize you have a serious anger problem and I'm glad to hear you haven't done any harm to your wife.I think you need to get to some professional counseling and talk about these violent thoughts before they do break out. They sound like they are just lying under the surface and one wrong word and your wife is going to get what you are seriously going to regret after. For both of your sakes take the step for help.Good luck.

i think you should see a therapist as soon as possible , just so that you dont end up in jail for wife beating.
There are instances when we let other people get to us so much that we see red like the raging bull and charge. Be careful and seek help!
Since you havent acted on these tendencies yet, you are not in any trouble yet ...legally, but you never know when the urge to act out may arise...so i suggest that u seek professional help as soon as possible.

you will possibly desire to get help from a doctor while you're having a lot of those recommendations. you're saying you have under no circumstances laid a hand on your spouse, so why do you have those recommendations? you will possibly desire to chat to a specialist approximately this. solid good fortune.

Just resist them one day at a time. if it helps, watch CSI. You know they'll catch you.. and you'll spend the rest of your wretched life in some prison being a b*tch to some hardened criminal.

You seriously need to determine where this anger is coming from. You need to address the issue rather than the effect of that issue.
