It may not be true for *every* program, but in general, almost all non-trivial programs involving pointers have at least one remaining unspotted bug or tweak that could be made.

Of course, almost all non-trivial programs that *dont* use pointers have the same issues regarding bugs and optimizations....

No way. Pointers are extremely useful if you learn to use them correctly.

Nope. This saying does not make much sense.

Pointers are essential in C programming.

good programs are impossible without pointers.
it' by means of pointers that binaries mostly work.
