I think everyone would like to be a trophy wife or husband (kept spouse) for a bit but the fun and excitement would wear off and you would realize the two of you had nothing in common.

Well, I don know about "wud u like" cuz I am!
She has the boat, the truck, them Hogs (out back under the bedroom winder, fer safety), and hound dogs whut likes beer, and what don't mind sharing they's bowl with a fella!
I air the tires on the rigs, pay fer the gas, get to ride in the back; or, in the cab with the hound, if'n it is rainy!
Kept? I got it made! Even got a spot on the couch, all t' my own, and a Remote!

Interesting concept. I don't like being pushed around though, bossy little women calling the shots, LOL; that wouldn't last long. Sounds like marriage to me, and I didn't get to keep much! Plus there a lot to be said for making your own way, or working together with your spouse towards shared goals and dreams. That's the rub, it's not an equal relationship if your kept.

i used to think so.but i had that chance about 1-1/2 years ago.i was working off the coast of florida and a girl worth millions fell in love with me and said if i moved in with her she would start me a buisness,or i could retire and travel the world with her ect.but i was in love with a poor girl back home and my heart wouldnt let me live without her for any amount of money and freedom.so i married the poor girl and have been happier than i ever thought possible,even though we struggle with money problems every day and cant afford to do anything but sit home every weekend,i still feel like a rich man.if you dont love someone you could pretend for the money but you wouldnt be happy.sometimes the grass isnt always greener.
