i want to plan a surprise birthday party for my friend! nd it will be at her house cuz her mom knows about this..what should we do for the party?? any ideas?

Make plans with her to go out (depending on age) for a drink, dinner, mall, etc. Buy her the drink, dinner, small gift. Then take her home acting like that is the end of your recognition of her special day. As she goes into her house you go around back and meet her inside when she enters. Of course you will already have decorated, cooked, invited, and had the whole party ready to go earlier in the day and all mom has to do is let the guests in and get them hidden for the SURPRISE! It's a gotcha moment as well. Good luck!

Good food - the one she loves the most. her mom can help you on it.
Her fav music - play her fav songs
her best friends - gather her best friends
surprise - her by walking to her house as a mob or by hiding inside the house
presenting her with the thing she is in real need of.
PARTY - its a state of mind. The reciepie is given above, cook ity well, present it well, let her enjoy her b'day like no tomorrow.
