Besides, reptiles reputedly have much smaller and unintelligent brains than humans, not to mention super-humans, so I'd place my bet on Superman

Superman in a close fight. As big and powerful as Godzilla is, only kryptonite can stop Superman. Superman can lift Godzilla into the sky and into space. Or even throw Godzilla into the Sun.

Personally, I think Superman would win. He would try to find a new habitat for Godzilla. Some place where it could live out whatever the rest of his natural life is without endangering anyone.

Even if Godzilla's breath is close enbough to Kryptonite that it could affect Superman, I still think that the big red S is fast enough to fly circles around Godzilla to the point where he breathes on his own tail trying to hit him!

Unless Godzilla is made of Kryptonite... Superman wins. Heck, according to the new movie... Superman can even lift an island of Kryptonite into outerspace.... so, I guess even that wouldn't help God-zookie.

Godzilla. Superman is weak to a form of radiation and magic. I would assume godzilla's breath attack is close enough to magic to work and he would kill superman. Plus Godzilla is cooler.
