the car service near your house operates as videoke joint in the evening. the loud and constant singing keeps you awake until the wee hours of the morning. if you report the matter to proper authorities, the joint will be out of jobs. if you don't report it, you will suffer sleeplees nights.

Report it and when nothing gets done, get a good set of earplugs. That should last until the dump goes broke.

Report it they don't care if they keep you up all night so why care about there jobs. And believe me they would report you in a heart beat if it was the other way around.

if you report it, they wont necessarily be out of business or lose jobs... unless they are breaking some laws they will just get fined or asked to quiet down...
you could always go to the business and let them know about the volume keeping you up at night... and maybe you could work out a compromise
in the meantime, have u tried earplugs? they dont block out everything, but usually enough to get to sleep
