He is paying support for 2 siblings but the oldest one isn't biologically his child. How can he go about to get that court ordered payment stopped. His payments are taken out of his check bi-weekly. he doesn't see either of the kids. And he owes back payment so they also collect his taxes when he file. What does he need to do to take care of that situation and only pay for the child that is biologically his?

Assuming you live in the US, DNA testing for paternity is available.
Now comes the big questions....
Why is he considered the father of the oldest one? Did he sign stating the child was his?
With the DNA testing is he prepared for the possibility that neither one are his?
What if he finds out the the oldest one is his because he signed paternity rights and the youngest isn't?
These are questions only he can answer!

HAVE A DNA TEST FOR THE ONE THAT ISNT HIS AND THEN GO TO COURT TO HAVE HIM TAKEN OFF PAYMENTS AND SEE IF HE CAN GET THE PAYMENTS HES ALREADY MADE ON THE ONE THAT ISNT HIS CREDITED TO THE BACK PAYMENTS ON THE ONE WHO IS HIS KID,OR JUST KEEP PAYING
