For acne I would start drinking plenty of water and go to a holistic doctor for advice. If it is just a few whoppers I like freezing a drop of visene eye drops and applying the frozen drop to the area. It works great for redness and swelling.

I know it sucks now, but it will go away with time. Your best bet would be to visit a dermatologist so you can possibly get a prescription that will help. Sometimes doxycycline can be prescribed, or in an extreme case even accutane. If you don't want to do that, the best advice is to wash your face often, and don't pop your pimples.

My son had really bad acne. He had it all over his face, chest, back and so on. I'm not a very big believer of infomercials but Pro Active really works. Not only did it get rid of the acne but the scarring too! It's a little pricey but it works and whats a little expense for great skin. Also, your Dr. can give you some antibiotics for bad acne and it helps too.

When I was in puberty, I used rubbing alcohol and rubbed it. Don't try to pop them, that just puts more oil and dirt and bacteria in it. Use rubbing alcohol to help dry it up and kill surrounding bacteria. Avoid makeup on the "pimpled" area if possible. It will just clog the pore more. Wash your face regularly with oil free, non moisturizing soap. I personally wouldn't use Dove or anything like that, I would use Dial bar soap. It will clean better and it's anti-bacterial.
