Mental stress from work can be just as exhausting as physical. I think it might be a matter of make time to see your GP. You may be anaemic. A simple blood test will solve that question. At the same time as the test is carried out, the pathologist will look for other possible causes and the GP will receive a report, call you in and put you in the picture. The fact you have asked the question indicates some concern on your part, but whatever you do, don't panic and see your GP. You'll be surprised how much better you'll feel after talking with him or her. It's also worth considering that you can't be too bad as you are still working.

I think you are unhappy and depressed. The thing about depression is that when you have it, you generally don't recognise it. I know, I was there once and did NOTHING but sleep and lie around.

Spend some time taking a look at your life and being honest about it. See what you can improve and change. Take it in small bite sized pieces.

But, most importantly, learn to LIKE yourself so you can LIVE with yourself.

Or seek help - from your GP, a friend or a counseller.

GOOD LUCK and hope you feel better soon.

What about your teeth? I have heard that there have been studies that people who may have and abscessed tooth and it is infected can contribute to fatigue. The fluid drains into the stomach and not only can it make you sick , nauseated and , fatigued but it can, if not treated, kill you. This may not be the reason since there are many things it could be happening for. Diabetes is another. Sugar levels in the body can greatly affect physical well feeling. You need to see the doctor and explain the situation. Don't hesitate, often times we procrastinate and find it too late to do anything when we decide we are ready. This is your life you cant allow something like the lack of a doctors appointment ruin you. Get up and get help. PRONTO!!!!

11 hrs is a lot but many do that & more. Try herbal tea (better than false stimulants like red bull) Exercise - even if it is only running for a cab/train etc daily. Cut down on alcohol if you drink. There could also be a medical reason - you may think you dont have time for the GP visit but you may not have any choice if you get worse & it could have been something a 1/2hr visit could have cured?

Try get out for walks, the more you exercise the energetic you feel, it also releases endorphins that make you feel good.
Are you drinking enough water? Up you fluid levels and see how you feel in a week. Try drinking 4/5 glasses of water a day, slowly increasing it to 8 over the next few weeks. It's amazing how we become dehydrated and dont realise it.

Simple. You need to do some regular exercise. Even light exercise like 30 minutes of walking a day makes a big difference in your energy level.

Also eat less. It takes a lot of energy for your body to digest food, leaving you tired.

Not overworked? You are kidding. A reasonable working day is under 10 hours including the commuting.

Exercise will help.

Its seems like you are spending to much time at work 13 hrs. Your body needs relaxation. You need time to forget about work and stress out. Consider doing some leisure activities. Get yourself pampered in a spa.
