I have a Razr cell phone and when someone sends me a picture mms and i try to download it my phone always sasys that there is an error unable to download for some reason and i try to download it again and it says that ill have to try again later....can anyone help me figure this out...

You may not have data services enabled from your provider, you may want to check with them for that.
Also the MMS settings may be correct as well. With out the provider I cannot say what they would be. Check with the providers website, they may offer basic support information.

Your best bet is to call yur cell phone company.
