Try a hand held steam carpet cleaner like Black and Decker's steam buster. I would avoid detergents or cleaning chemicals. They might not be healthy if the chemicals get into the mattress filler.

Your best bet would be a steam cleaner. After cleaning it I would recommend a mattress pad/cover.

Try putting a mattress cover on it from now on! Dont know how to clean it??

There is products my wife used, it is call botanic gold, it is a non toxic cleaning agent which could use on sensitive objects such as a bed, in the kitchen and over all home.
