Right now i have Sprint they have great coverage but crappy customer service. I live is so Cal.

on a scale of 1-10 id say a 6 maybe. i have sprint too. i used to have tmobile. its pretty good. i mean its a cell phone... they all have their good satisfied customers and the ones who hate the company ya know. but t mobile is just like any other company... okay service ehh... and im not sure abotu customer service... never had to call they have bad deals though...expensive id say.

On a scale from 1 to 10 T-mobile is about a 6 to 6 1/2. They are preety good but not great either. Verizon is really good though.

T-mobile is a good company with lousy cellular service which includes poor reception and poor coverage areas. I recently switched to cingular which appears to be somewhat better.

I don't know about Cali, but in PA, T-Mobile doesn't have great coverage. I have it for my teenage son because their prepaid plan is good for him financially. He doesn't need to use his phone much so the blackout spots don't bother him so much. Why not try Cingular? Good luck!

I've never had T-Mobile...I've got Sprint and love it. Yeah, their customer service can suck sometimes...But when I've had trouble with their customer service in the past, you only have to threaten to leave Sprint -- they're on the ball REAL quick after that. (Just happened to me a few weeks ago....)

their coverage is poor i know because i was with them but i scrapped them and went with o2 and they are great free texts and call time on pay as you go with a genie o2 sim card which you can get free off the internet. oh yeah and t mobile calls are expensive too !!!!!!!!!!!!!
