Yes! it really does work, it worked for my daughter, she used it as long as I was paying for it, but, when she got married she tried to stop using it, every time she stopped she broke out, then she tried Acne Free it worked just like Pro Active for her, It is cheaper and it does work.

Yes Proactiv does work...but.....there is another brand that is not as expensive that works just as well, it is called AcneFree, it has three steps just like Proactiv. My daughter had some problems with her skin...I bought this product at Wal-mart...it was about $18.00. within a couple of days her skin started clearing...she has been using it about three weeks now and her skin is free of blemishes and she looks great!

It didn't work for me...I think my skin was too sensitive cuz my skin got worse once I started using. Plus, the proactiv exfoiliant was way to harsh. It felt like small pieces of glass scraping across my skin...So, if you have sensitive skin DON"T USE PROACTIV.

My stepbrother used it for about 4 months and his acne cleared up somewhat but his scarring remained. His skin was also kind of oily after he stopped using it and it was flaky while he was using it. I wouldn't reccomend it. He says it felt like it irritated his skin.
