I mean the origination of terrorism or what makes the socalled terrorism to come up.There should be some materialistic logical cause for any problems. If we can define this unbiasly,I trust that eradication of terrorism will be much easier.Neither war or negotiations would end this conflict but to analyse the reason and to remedy with an intention of integrity, will cure this brand name "TERRORISM"

"Rooster" has it mostly correct. The current most prevalent form of terrorism comes from people who take a literal interpretation of Islam and use violence and threats to coerce other groups of people to meet their demands. I guess one could say there are "materialistic" causes for this action. These folks seek to rule the world. How do I know this? They say so. Often. An extremist Islamic group in the Gaza Strip said so just the other day:

{{On Tuesday, thousands of the party's supporters staged a demonstration in Gaza City to mark the anniversary of the end of the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. It was the first demonstration in the Gaza Strip in which demonstrators called for establishing an Islamic caliphate that would rule not only in the PA territories, but the entire world.http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1154525933042&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull}}

The radical islamists and their clerics would control the new system of government run under Sharia Law and the its courts. They wish to re-install a Caliph (a successor to mohammed, of sorts) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/caliph... . This system of rule is brought to fruition by Jihad or holy war. Jihad is the way of the mujihadeen (holy warrior) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/mujahadeen... . It is a duty of every muslim. The so called "moderate" muslims just haven't bought into the whole idea yet.

Terrorism is based on Greed and Control. Both of which can not be eradicated until people not want to be the Supreme Ruler and Control the masses. This is seen most to me in Dictatorships. One Dictator is overthrown only for another Dictator to take over.
Strangefruit makes a very valid point.

This is not an activity which is one-off kind of incident.
Actually terrorism is a human behaviour kind of phenomenon.
Black, Brown and white. These are not merely colour names, but racial phrases used in various areas. Racism could be one kind of terrorism.
When one degrades the other without any reason whatsoever, then the agony simmering in for generations, could erupt in down the line, creating barriers of communication between the two and could lead to abnormal activity.

Eradication of terrorism???Very radical expression...You set up your position on "Superior"at the very beginning...
But it seems, you have a trouble here?
How can anyone with a trouble be superior?
Of course no negotiations...You don't want to negotiate since you feel superior.
But that attitude itself causes terrorism.
So,you are in "circulus vitiosus"-a circle which never ends.
Force will bring only another force-it is the third Newton's law of action and reaction.
Switch your mode to equal and try to show to all potential terrorists that you really want to help to their countries and be a partner on equal bases.
If your country - whichever it is - has good relations to every other country,it would be easier to ask other countries' governments to deal with their terrorist organisations and press charges against them.

I think terrorism is something that people use when they get really frustrated. Its not a particular community or anything, its just a bunch of frustrated people, who did not get what they want from the government or their office. All these jokers get together and form a "club" and start their activities. Its also a place where officials make full use off by burning all the old stock weapons, hehe

"Terrorism," murdering and injuring people, or destroying property, happens because murderous men choose to try and make changes to their environment and the lives of others through force and coercion and hate. Some of the excuses they use to enter into terrorism include: poverty, repression (political or religious or social), or (as in the case of some Muslim terrorists) because they feel their religion--or their interpretation of it--gives them the right to do so in the name of their god. The true and real cure for terrorism in any of its forms is for every individual thus engaged to determine in his heart that all men and women, everywhere, are sons and daughters of God and that more can be accomplished through love and service than will ever be through hate and murder.

Terrorism is the systematic use or threatened use of violence to intimidate a population or government and thereby effect political, religious, or ideological change.[1][2] Acts of terrorism are not intended to merely victimize or eliminate those who are killed, injured, or taken hostage, but rather to intimidate and influence the societies to which they belong. Modern terrorism has come to be defined in part by the influential power of the mass media, which terrorists co-opt in their efforts to amplify and broadcast feelings of intense fear and anger. As a type of unconventional warfare, terrorism is designed to weaken or supplant existing political landscapes through capitulation or acquiescence as opposed to subversion or direct military action.

First of all, like most everything in life, it depends on your point of view. By this I mean "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter".
Terrorists are people unable to fight a conventional war so they fight what Americans mispronounce, guerrilla, which means small war. I'm not trying to justify anything, just explain and answer your question. We fought as terrorists against the armies of Great Britain and France. The native peoples here used that method against us because our army was too big to fight head on.
My complaint is not so much the use of terrorism as much as their reasons. In Northern Ireland, Africa, Middle East, Sri Lanka, Iraq and , The Philippines, Indonesia and others, these battles are being fought in the name of their gods. "My god is more loving than your god and if you don't agree I will kill you out of my love for my loving god".
GOD has NEVER approved of war, I don't care what your bible says. GOD is LOVE. And if GOD is LOVE, then basic logic says LOVE is GOD.

I think that terrorism is based in all the religion. For example, people are frightehed by the 'Hell Fire' and compelled to follow a particular religion. Modern terrorism is the most advanced form of it.
