Probably really neither--McDreamy's wife will probably walk up to him or she'll see the other internes walking out with Izzy and follow them--therefore--not having to choose--and leaving more story line to go with.

I think that Merridith with be pregger's but, who's baby will it be? I love Mc Dreamy, but Mc Vet isn't to hard on the eyes either. We'll find out a week from Thursday.. I think once mcdreamy leaves his wife.(if she dosen't end up pregger's) they will be together. True love and all.

I think neither - Mcdreamy is still married and obviously won't leave his wife. and now that she cheated on the vet, I think that will end too. disappointing though....I love mcdreamy.

It better be Finn the vet!!!! I am so sick of Derek!!! He just keeps taking advantage of her! He is married and should stay faithful. I feel sorry for Addy now. He is only gonna confuse Mere.
