You sound really down. I don't think I have enough info to give you a decent enough answer, but I think you need to work on accepting yourself. This isn't narcissistic, or self-absorption - but how can you accept others fully without accepting yourself? Work on this - try to affirm yourself instead of criticisng yourself.

It's refreshing to hear of someone who doesn't want to jump into a relationship for self-gratification, or because they think they 'ought' to be with someone. Maybe you're just not ready to be attracted to someone and/or you haven't met the right person. Don't go looking for someone. Some people aren't 'meant' to be with anyone until they're much older. That's okay! But if the thought of being with anyone repels you or scares you, then perhaps you should address why. That will possibly mean counselling, but the hard work will be worth it.

God bless xx

That's called asexual and such people do exist.

Why do you hate yourself? When you like yourself a bit more then other people will show an interest in you. It's possible if you are not at all experienced that a fear of getting involved with someone is making you think you are not attracted to anyone.

I lost my virginity when I was 18 1/2, and within the year had sex with a total of 3 guys(including my first). That was in 1994-1995. After that, I just had absolutely no desire to be sexually active with either gender. I did have a relationship with a woman which lasted about 6 months in 1997, but after we broke up I went back to being asexual for another 3 years. Then I was with 3 different guys in 2000, and after I broke up with the last one in Dec went back to being asexual again until 2002 when I met my now-husband.
That long story is simply to say that I fully understand how you feel. I went for long, long stretches of just not being attracted to anyone and not wanting to be sexually active with anyone. Is it simply that you're not attracted to boys or girls, or is it you don't feel comfortable enough with yourself to be in a relationship? Either way, it's okay. Take time to learn to love yourself in every way(I don't mean masturbation, but that's okay too). You are a good, decent person and you deserve to be happy. And if that means you'll be single your entire life, that's okay! Find friends who can fulfill your needs for relationships by being there for you anytime you need to talk or go and do something. It's okay!

I think that is called asexual. But I think that is only when you do not like sex. And get higher self esteem, no one should hate themselves.

You are unhappy; you may be depressed. Lack of libido is fairly common when depressed. Go to see your GP. Try anti depressants if he offers them. They do work.

Also, try exercise - that helps too.

Really.

i don't think thats possible to be honest. its all about chemistry which is incredibly complicated so if you haven't fancied anyone yet don't worry about it.

one day someone will blow your mind :)
