how do you burn a dvd on a computer its windows xp from emachines

You will need a DVD burning program such as Nero. Check the CD that should have come with the DVD burner (or your new computer if it was preinstalled). It will normally have a burning program and a DVD playing program included. (I am assuming that you have a DVD burner)
Once installed, start the program and it will have a "Make A DVD" button or menu option that will work you through the process. It is different for data, music and videos.

You need DVD drive , DVD converter software to convert a file to DVD then create image for that file then burn the image to DVD disk you could use Nero software.

Throw it on the ground. Pour some lighter fluid on it. Light a match. Voila! Burned DVD.

First, make sure your CD burner is also a DVD burner.
I recommend UltraISO as a burner program. If you don't like it, just go to download.com to see what you can get for free. You can burn what you want to before the expirations runs out.

You cant do it unless you download a special program. Go DVDFab, im not sure if its DVDFab.com or what, just type it into google and youll see it. (get the express, its the fastes, easiest and cheapest one) Its about 40.00 but anything you get for free is junk. I have it and it works great! :D
