A citizen. Define terrorist: One who uses fear to influence or alter government, business or peoples activities.
If they are not doing such things, then are they a terrorist?

I guess either an ex-terrorist or a future terrorist, because they certainly aren't currently a terrorist.

I guess you would call them your religious leader if you think that your idea of god should be the only god. religion's have killed more people while acting peaceful than anything in history
