Sometimes people call me geez, but thats down to me not being a girly girl, i don't do pink very often.

No, but if I'm talking to friends who're girls, then I might be like, "Dude, look at that...it's so gross..." or, "Hey guys, what's up?"

In modern American society...I see:

Dude - as a masculine connotation

Guy - as an effeminant/gay connotation

(And no...I'm not anti gay)

i use "dude" as an interjection or when i'm being funny. I rarely use it seriously....
