Break it up into smaller sessions. Study 15 minutes, then get up and make your bed, study 15 more minutes and throw a load of clothes in the wash, stuff like that. Alternate with something that lets you move around, but not something fun, or it will be too hard to get back to studying.

Taisha if your already doing ok in school thenyou probably don't need the whole 45 minutes but if you think you do try to be interested in the subject. For example if you have to read a novel for homework, then imagine you were really one of the characters or link whats happening to the characters to your own life.if it is like math or something and get bored, then it is either too easy or too hard,if its too hard maybe you have a fundamental problem that you missed in earlier grades. Also study with a friend or tuter for motivation. It also helps if you change the place in which you study from time to time.

It is hard for me to concentrate especially on a boring subject. I can read a page in a book, finish the page and think, "What the hell did I just read?" and will have to read it again. Do not study in a place where you are going to be confortable or distracted such as your room. It is best to study in the kitchen. Do not study in the living room as you will be tempted to watch TV. Have a cold fizzy drink next to you . The burps will keep you active. Do not study with music in the background. If you have one, go study in a park.

I study for about four hours a day. I take breaks about every 20-30 minues. You should not even thing distracting you like AIM, music, tv, or your cell phone. Just think about what you want to achieve in life and go get it. 45 minutes is really not that unreasonable

I don't think "45 minutes a day" is the answer. You should work until you get all of your homework done. And, work ahead on any upcoming assignments, or projects you know you have to get done. Do not procrastinate. If she insists on 45 inutes, just try reading a book, or working on extra questions in the book that the teacher did not assign.

try to enjoy your study i mean try to have fun with your study. there's no better solution than that, i think. this is the only thing that separates a good student from the others.
during my first year of college study i didn't understand physics at all. but as the days gone by the theories started to became cleare to me. and believe or not i started to enjoy my physics study. and as a result i studied more.
most of all you by yourself have to figure out how to cope with this problem. most people have the same problem. you can observe others who don't.

Do it in spurts. Take it with you, like in the car on the way home from school, spend a little time studying while you are having a snack, stretching, doing yoga, brushing your hair, or even brushing your teeth. 45 minutes will add up in no time!

think about it like this what else can be done in 45 min. and besides its only knowledge that will stay in your head. use differnt kinds of high lighters to highlight different kind of information. try studying in different environments, study outside, or up in a tree. do study groups, but try not to BS. makes questions that you think can be on the test, then answer them.

Study for a long as you can until your mind starts to wonder. Then take a short break. Come back to your studying. take as many breaks as you need. Just make sure that they arent too long and remember to go back to your studying

raise your head and close your eyes and imagine your self 10 years later, what would you like your self to be:
1. Respectable person in your community with comfortable life.
2. Nothing , or, an ordinary person who can't pay his bills for having no money.
" you choose what do you like to be in the future "
