lately i have been getting moody and pi**ed off at EVERYTHING! its like: i drop a pencil and i say PICK THE DAMN PENCIL UP YOU DAMN BI*** WHATS THA MATTER WIV YA! i punch walls, i snap at everybody, i dont sleep often and my period is 3 weeks late. im NOT pregnant so why im i so pi**ed off about everything? i never used to be like this. im not on drugs. i do suffer really badly from depression (im on medication for that) but why do i have these damn angry feelings? i am NEVER usually like this. i think its because i only sleep 4 hrs a night and i drink a lot of caffiene. could it be cause of that? please answer. and no daft answers please. ta.

cut the caffeine and your 16 for g** sake what do you expect, my daughter went through the same thing, she was hit and miss with her periods from the age of 15, she was very moody, just like a female version of KEVIN and PERRY..............ha ha

you're too young to be wasting your life by being so angry, what you going to do when you have real issues to deal with? sounds like you need to review your meds, lay off the caffeine, really not good for kids or depression, sleep is the most important thing for your body right now, so make sure you get up early and do lots during the day, go for a walk before bed, turn off all electrical items, close the curtains, lie in the dark and relax, this should help you wind down enough to sleep easily, it may take a while to learn how to wind down, but keep trying. moreover, you are female and a teenager, one you'll learn to be happily, and the other you will outgrow

You sound similar to me. I have been on anti's for years now, and sometimes I feel just as you have described. I have given up caffeine, as it drives me nuts. I had fallen out with everyone at work before I finally decided to dump caffeine. Just change to decaff - it's not bad.

also, you could do with more sleep - I get really cranky with too little. Less caffeine should help. I find that if I have standard coffee at all during the day, I can't sleep.

Get some exercise, as well. I know it can be a pain, but there's nothing going to help you sleep more effectively than being actually tired.

stay off the caffiene, and get more sleep, it could also be pms which will be worse if you are late for your period get some decaff coffee or tea, try to relax more light some candles in the bathroom and get some aromatherapy oils that might help

Get some sleep, eat right, drink plenty. Do something to make you feel good about yourself like donate money or toy, clothes, unneeded things. Or get a new haircut, new wardrobe. Your on medication for depression so that probably has something to do with it. Find things to fill your time.

I have the same problem, however I was taking medicine and I stopped and everything got worse. It would be the medication your on that is making you act this way, or it could be the lack of sleep.

yeah get more sleep and lay off on the caffiene would help a lot, as well as anger management?

lay of the coffee for now..get your 7 hours sleep...and you could be having premenstrual syndrome.....eat a lot of pineapples and drink green tea or chamomile tea every night b4 sleeping.....in the morning, take a glass of milk with extra calcium...and if possible...get your self a supply of evening primrose oil(21st century brand) take these pills(1000mg)daily and you wont be needing those anti depression pills.........oh and multivites (make sure they have vitamin d, magnesium,calcium and iron included)

you start by
morning - a glass of milk, toasted bread with butter and a piece of fruit(like apples, grape fruit,bananas)or cereal with berries.
take one multivite pill after breakfast

Lunch - get your self some grains, vege, and some meat....
don't forget your pineapple(a piece or two would be enough).....

dinner - eat oats with the enriched calcium milk, a piece of fruit....

before bedtime, make your self a cuppa of chamomile tea and take your evening primrose oil pill.. sleep for at least 7 hours

during these times, make sure you fill you water intake quota of 2 litres a day....spread the amount throughout the day.....

do this for a month. make sure your meals are balanced especially your lunch...grains, veges, protein....fruits...

once you are ok with your sleep patterns, take a walk around your house...get moving....

sounds like you answered your own questions...lack of sleep ...too much caffiene and possible side effect of meds...any or all three of these could be the problem, check them out asap

you could be pregnant you know see Dr for a blood test could be the depression too I'm same i can get that way at times
