ainb;t that teh 20 dollar question that took me weeks to figure out!!!
here is what you do. You click on VIEW MY 360 from here. then click +ADD which is about an inch below their pictures on their 360. Then, check INVITE AS FRIEND and write your invite..
This is the only I have figured out how to do it. Everytime I tried to enter their nickname, it could never find them, have fun!!!

The only way I know to do it is to go to their 360 page and click 'add'. I realize this doesn't help if you can't find their page in the first place but then again I'm not the sharpest tool in the box.

you must have the 360 too, to invite someone...
