lol.. im sorry to laugh but i live in texas and wonder the same thing myself one time... .

but i dont see why there should be a law after all you dont have to have a license to drive a lawnmower and you could always say you were on your way to mow some grass and that was the only way you had to get the lawn mower over there after all can push a riding lawnmower across town.. hehe

There was a REASON your license was suspended. It might not be a good idea to try and circumvent the rules.

if your license has been suspended then whatever you drive if it has an engine to power it you will be breaking the law ,your insurance would be invalid

It is most likely illegal because this lawn mower is not fit for use on roads. You'll get pulled over and you'll get into more trouble.

Try a bicycle!!!
