i have a friend that is my room mate and when i went into my apartment he was in the bathroom putting on make up he was in a wig and everything he even had false boobs he had a pink sweatshirt on and had a skirt and pantyhose and heels it was really feaky i don't think he is gay i know that he has never had a girlfriend i am just really confused

Why are YOU confused? It sounds like he's the one who might be confused. Is what he does in the bathroom ever any of your business? I don't think so. If you two are really close, you could always ask him about it, otherwise I would stay out of it. And, to the underage responder who said "tell him to rethink his decision"--what decision? How is it your or anyone's place to spy on someone in the bathroom, and then tell them to reconsider their "decision", when you don't even know what that "decision" is? Christ!

Well I can understand why he can't get a girlfriend... What a turn-off.. Girls don't want a transvestite boyfriend -- I suppose he knows that.
You have nothing to worry about -- you're not the one with the problem. All you need to do is tell him, it freaks you out and he is not allowed to dress up when you're around. It's just weird. If he continues to dress up then just move out. He's just a roommate.
On the other hand if it doesn't bother you, then let him know this,, He's probably feeling ashamed anyway. And if you could give him the slightly bit of support that would make him feel better. He will want you to keep it a secret, and tell him you will.
Crossdressers don't even know why they dress up.. Its like an addiction. They are using it as an outlet for sexual gratification, and they can't stop. Even if he was to get married, he would still continue..The problem is with a dopamine neurotransmitter in his brain, and he has no control over it.

Whether he is gay or not is not the issue. Its okay to feel confused, but if the guy is your friend, it is important to let him know that it doesn't matter what he does, he will still be your friend. It may be that he has a gender issue, thus the clothing. Or maybe he just likes dressing like a girl sometimes. Not all gay men like to dress up like women. Maybe he wants to be a female impersonator. Whatever the reason, he just needs to know that you are his friend.
Be open to talking about this with him. Let him know that you are his friend and he can feel comfortable talking about it. But be real, if you don't feel this way, don't play him. Let him know how you really feel and let him tell you how he really feels.
Ultimately, we are all on this earth for a very short time and how we maintain relationships with other people is the most important thing we can do. LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

First of all if he's never had a girlfriend then he may really be gay but unable to trust anyone close to him because he's afraid of people not understanding or maybe he just doesnt want to lose his friends. I think the best thing you could do is just set down with him and have a long talk and if he is gay and your not comfortable with that then you might need to make different living arrangements.
