Okay, I am not trying to be gross or anything. But, is a size 36B normal for a girl around the age of 13/14?

Also, I am not a very 'big' girl. I have an athletic body so I'm not fat or anythign.

Normal is different for everybody. Yes, a 36B is normal for you.
Girls mature at different rates. You may be beginning to mature and become large chested. On the other hand, your breasts may be done growing and you will be average chested.
Heredity plays a big role in the size of your breasts. If your mother is large chested then you can expect that you will be as well. This is not a hard fast rule as other factors play a role such as weight.
Try not to worry about it. You are normal :)

Of course it's normal. At the age 13-14 girls are growing up. So are their brests. Let me tell you a little secret on how you can calculate how big your brests will be. Almost every girl has a bit smaller or a bit bigger than their mums. But most of girls. For example my sister. My mun is a C and she is a B , far away from my moms size. I'm wearing a bigger size than my sis (75-80 B, European Size) and almost every 2 months the size changes. My mum says that i will have breasts a bit smaller than her.

I am 13 and i am a 34 B so one size up is perfectly normal.

My daughter developed early and she was a 34B when she was in 6th grade. When she was starting high school she was a 34C though occasionly will have to buy a 36C bra. (she's 18 now)Everyone develops differently, but compared to my daughter your fine. Make sure you get measured for the right size bra, it will make a big difference in both support and the way you look. Victoria Secret and JCPenny both measure you and their very nice.

there is no "normal" size for breasts at any age. some people naturally have large or small breasts and that is just how they are constructed.
