Sometimes the bags under your eyes are hereditary. Do your parents have them? They are deposits under your skin... skin cartilage. No cream on the earth will get rid of extra fatty cartilage. Sleep, lots of water, a good eye cream, and concealor. That's it!

It could be you are not getting enough hours of sleeping, or that you are looking at screens all day long and need to give your eyes a rest. Try getting more sleep and cut down screens for a couple days and see if it helps.

Same exact problem, and mine are just as you decribed them.
And im 13 too!
Sry I have no clue how to get rid of them.
Someone suggested that you soak a cottom ball inlemon juice, then put them on your eyes for a couple of minutes.
Dont know if it works, i havent tried it yet
good luck xDDâ¥

You may not be getting enough sleep. Try cucumber slices over your eyes for an hour. Make sure they're chilled. Do it for a week or so, you'll see results.

You might not be getting enough sleep, or you might be getting to much sleep, either one of those isnt good for you. 8 hours a day should be enough, in a few days those bags will be gone, trust me.

It might be hereditary. I have them too, and they're a pain, but I use concealer under my eyes, and it usually works pretty good.
