Try proactiv, or wash your face day and night with non oily soap. Or before you go to bed put a little toothpaste on each pimple, and wash it off after ten minutes. It should reduce swelling and you should have smaller ones in the morning until they're all gone.

Wash your pillowcase at least once a week. It will keep off all the oils that build up on it while you lay on it when you sleep. I wash mine a couple times a week.
Also, try not to touch your face often. Make sure your hair is out of your face too so the hair products you use aren't rubbing your skin. And stay away from fatty, oily foods.

get into a daily proccess of washing your face.... and use something good like mary kay (thats what i use). wash your face right when you get up, if u have oily skin get oil blotting cloths to use at school, and when u get home wash your face with cleanser again. right before u go to bed use a cleanser and a scrub. put like white toothpaste or baking soda with water on your zits and leave it on all night to dry them out by morning or in a couple mornings at least....good luck
ps. and try not to b too stressed out something cuz that causes ppl 2 break out and if u wash your face more then 3 times a day the skin will think its dry and produce even more oil, causing more zits so only cleanse face 2-3 times per day

dont wash your face more then twice a day once in the morning and once at night.....washing it too much takes away natural oils and irritates your face. If it is a bad acne problem then get a tropical solution prescribed...if not use a high % on the spot treatment.

See a dermatologist. I do and she prescribed a pill for it and two creams. I wash my face once in the morning and once at night, and I don't wear foundation/cover up, my skin looked much better in a couple months.
Popping your pimples is the worst thing you can do in my opinion.

Wash clean with soap often, and maybe use cleansing foam or cleansing wipes instead of soap, sometimes. I used to use Neutrogena cleansing stuff. Also, try to cut down on oily foods in your diet, since they contribute to the acne. Hope this helps, good luck!

try proactiv products or either neutrogena products they work. at first your face is going to get worse when you start using the product because all the oil and bacteria is going to come from the surface and to the outside of the skin thats how you know its working but after 3 days you will look perfectly healthy.

Do not use soap this will only make your acne worse, you should use a medicated facial wash to help with the outbreak, get your doctor to prescribe something for them, but most of all don't stress about them it will make the condition worse.
