I can tend to be a sort of anxious person at times, but I get really calm under pressure. It's kinda weird. For example, about 2 years ago, my oldest daughter started having trouble breathing while we were shopping in Khols. My Mom started flippin out, which was making my daughter worse. I got my Mom out of the way, and reassured my daughter that help was coming, that she was going to be okay. I kept telling her to take deep, slow breathes. On the inside I was freaking out too,(OMG my baby can't breathe well!) but I knew that I couldn't let my daughter see that.

Yesterday I was helping somebody move and I fell of the truck ramp carrying a big box of books. I banged my knees, twisted my ankle and scraped my palms up very badly, but as soon as I got my balance back I calmly started re-stacking the books and apologising for the mess. (I hope that was a good example.)
