When you send out the email, put the recipients in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field. You may have to go into some form of special options of your mail client to turn this field on, if your mail client supports it.
Otherwise, you'll just have to send each mail out individually to each person.

delete the attached message header and past all your emails in the BCC text field.
