These are all pretty recent. Man...You have to go back pretty far to get the top 11.
I loved the original Herbie...The Love Bug Movies. But that was LeMans not Nascar. Eat My Dust, remains in my memory. But that wasn't Nascar either. That was just local, dirt track racing, coming of age movie. Fun.
Most of the movies mentioned in other's answers I only faintly remember, no details.

Geesh, I didn't know there were that many. Of course, I just started liking NASCAR this year..so...
I've seen Cars and Talledega Nights. I love the Talledega Nights, but not for all NASCAR fans, as it sort of makes fun of it. But I still like it, because NASCAR is my guilty pleasure, and it's funny. A little bizzare...but funny

I don't know about eleven movies, but check out the movie "3". It's a great story about Earnhardt.
