Wear it. Marriage is not about total submission and loss of your own personal identity. Marriage is about being yourself in conjunction with the other person. Just because they don't necessarily like the shirt, doesn't mean it is gone. It is something that would have to be a compromise. Don't lose yourself just because you are married. Be yourself!

Well, if i brought a shirt for my significant other, I would know what he likes and I would not have to take it back. It is different when you first start dating but after you have been together for a while, you will know what the likes and dislikes tend to be. If it is something that I could wear with an outfit I would keep it if he did not wear it. I love fashion.

I tend to do what I want in this respect.... He doesn't always like what I have chosen to wear... He is basic and simple.... He likes the white t-shirts and 501's jeans on me... I like more girly clothing at least some of the time....
Sometimes even just a fuchsia pink bra under a white s-shirt is subtle but enough for me..
I say if it is in good taste and proper for the place you are going wear it... ♥

I would wear it if I liked it, unless my significant other has a problem with me wearing it (which I don't see why that would happen). Whatever the decision, it should be one that makes both parties comfortable, instead of a selfish deicsion by anyone. Can you imagine your relationship breaking up over a shirt??

Wear what you want to wear, but it's also helpful to take advice on fashion once in a while. Maybe your significant other thinks it doesn't suit your color. Ask a friend or relative if it looks good on you. If they concur, then wear it, if everyone says it looks terrible, you may want to reconsider, lest you want to be a fashion outcast.

I'd wear it. Isn't there something you don't like about the other person involved? Do they change for you? I doubt it. Wear it Baby!

Keep it, wear it. It's not your significant other that is wearing it after all, right?

I would wear it. Unless the SO has a reason to be opposed to it, ie.says "I'm with stupid" or if your boobs are hanging out and he doesn't like others looking at your boobs. Sometimes you do have to consider the feelings of others.

Yes, because he buys polyestor and I'm too young to wear that stuff. I have before and will again. You'd think he'd learn but..
