Without replacing it how can you fix the seams that has "come loose" from the stem from the shower

Should be "steam" not stem. Thanks!

Rub the seam with warm water and keep it wet for a couple of minutes, this make the paper more pliable and easy to work with,.After you've done that you can use vinyl to vinyl border adhesive or caulk to hold it down. Helpful hint if you have dark paper with seams showing you can go to the paint store and have then to mix a small amount of paint pigment to match the papers background apply a small amount of this to the seams with your finger and wipe gently with a damp rag and the seams will disappear. Great trick but use pigment not paint, pigment will not fade or dry and show later.

Use a thin bead of caulk. Be aware that it will make the paper very difficult to change, but I promise you it will not peel.

Use a water proof adhesive to seal them back down.
