I would buy them from Capezio. They have several stores on LI and in the city, and I'm pretty sure they have a website. I buy all my dance shoes and attire from there.

Like the city or upstate? I know about some stores in upstate NY that are good, theres a store in Saratoga called Saratoga dance, but they make everything more expensive then it should be and dont really take the time to fit you, the place I go to is in Schenectady called the Nutcracker Sweet, and they have like EVERY kind of shoe there, I think the first time I went there she took 2 hours to fit my foot and find the right shoe, I must have tried on at least 20 pairs, but in NYC they have like the brand stores, I have Sansha's, but there are lots of other brand store's in NYC

My sister danced at a high level and when she was coming up through the ranks she used Capezio. I know there is one in White Plains on Mamaroneck road and a few in Manhattan. I think they are considered the high end Dance store. It has been a few years though.
