You need to go on long distance fast paced runs. You should run the mile anywhere under 6:45-6:30 minutes. Also do leg work outs daily. Get to the gym and use the machines to run and lift. Lift using right and left and both. Continue and dont stop. Go on a regular basis.

yeah it's a bad news that you ran 1850m. it's not good for your health. better try to run 1250m on a day and then race up to a max of 2250m.
practise hard. according to Grenetie Grova, a swiss player who played in the 1990 world cup says that 'you must practise on ground level and start early."
you can ask Grenetie Grova or even Seinde Roen, a former Greek player or even Ricardo, the current playing portuguese goalkeeper. send your suggestions to the
'Rova En Prova' a spanish online magazine: e-mail: xen_nevis@hotmail.com or rovaneprova@spainiardguys.com (rovaneprova@spaniardguys.com is available only in spain).

Being able to run alot is not the only thing that soccer players need. They need chest and arm muscle also. If you're super slim but can run alot, you'll be easily manipulated by the opponent's defense who push attackers around alot. So it's important to practice running/sprinting... but also to lift some weights so it can be easier for you to get through defenders.
