I got my son a rectangle family sized blow up pool. Should the water be changed everyday or is there a treatment I can put in the pool to make it last just a little longer? It takes a lot of water to fill it up and I hate to use that much water each day if I don't have to.

I've kept it once, fairly clean, for about five days with only about three days use and covering it up, but still..the water gets cloudy easily.

depending on how large this pool is there are treatments for larger pools so you dont have to change them and there are cleaners that attach to your hose to suck out dirt and leaves.
I had a 14x42 pool i had two different treatments for it clorine and a ph adjuster.

Why don't you just get some benzin or clorine and put some in the water. Of course, you will have to test it before you get in. You can get all this at the pool supply store.
