I believe that is the episode where the bomb was inside that patient and the bomb expert exploded in the hall and all of his blood coated Mereadith. She went into emotional shock and the two girls took her into the shower and washed the blood off. This is also the episode where Baily had her son and the goffy guy who is in love with Mereadith had to help deliver the baby because her husband got into an accident and had to have brain surgery. He made it through the surgery and Baily had her baby. I hope that was the right episode.

That is the first of a two-part episode. I think at the end of that, Meredith takes over the job of keeping a guy from exploding since he has an explosive device inside his body.
